5 & 10 Year Awards

Have you been with Joondalup City for 5 consecutive seasons? Or even 10 consecutive seasons.

If you have, then we want to reward you at our Presentation nights. Players need to have represented the club for either 5 consecutive seasons, or 10 consecutive seasons, to be eligible for an award.​​​​

You need to include the following;

1. Players Name

2. Players date of birth

3. JCFC teams played for, and years played.

For example. 8 Blue 2021, 9 Blue 2022, 10 Blue 2023, 11 Blue 2024, 12 Blue 2025 etc.

4. Where you can remember please also quote the coaches name.
